We offer two waterfront houses on the edge of the Lotbinière and Bécancour areas in the villages of Leclercville and Deschaillons on the south shore of the Saint Lawrence River. These two villages are located 1 hour from Québec City, 45 minutes from Trois-Rivières, 50 minutes from Victoriaville, and 2 hours from Montréal along Route 132. These two properties have been designed for families and groups of friends looking for tranquility to recharge.
This beautiful sector of the Centre-du-Québec deserves to be known. It is a superb alternative to the often too crowded tourist areas. The locals are exceptionally welcoming and generous with visitors. One feels at home and welcome in this region. It's worth a visit to discover it for oneself. We look forward to introducing you to this area!
Le Havre du Navigateur is a large 4-bedroom cottage that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is advantageously positioned on Pointe Deschaillons with a 180 degree view above the St-Lawrence River. The seaway is at the foot of the property's clift and it is possible to admire the ships up close. The house has a game room, a panoramic lounge on the 2nd floor, a 5-seater spa and a firepit with the best view of some unforgettable sunsets.
Le Havre du Canal is a small one-and-a-half-storey house with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. It is located in the picturesque sector of the village of Leclercville among a dozen other similar houses. Everything can be done on foot in this neighborhood thanks to the small narrow streets. It is also a relay for aquatic birds that come to visit. The house is carefully decorated with a restful bohemian spirit. A small 2-seater spa and a set of patio furniture are available in a large pavilion with 3 large openings to enjoy fully the outdoors. A firepit is installed at the edge of the canal with a view of the St-Lawrence River in the distance. It is simply magnificent as a backdrop.
Here is a selection of some testimonials from former visitors. All reviews are available on the page of each house.
